Description

A site hazard/risk board. It instructs visitors to report and sign in at the site office. The board also lists various sections including site address, manager contact information, and required personal protective equipment (PPE). The first table lists significant hazards like slips, trips and falls, moving machinery, and trenches. It also details mitigation measures for each hazard. The second table allows for daily updates of any new hazards specific to that day.
